The first person I would like to acknowledge is the Holy Spirit. His motivation and direction were truly supernatural, as He guided the arrangement of
chapter after chapter through- out this project, and His persistence was gently effective; furthermore, He was always available. Thank you for allowing me to be transparent in Chapter 13. I pray that HE will motivate many more to find true freedom as they do the same. And then, when I
thought I was finished, He said, “I’m not done;” hence, the addendum.
Maureen Angell is one amazing editor, not only superbly skilled, but an encouraging gem of a lady.
She has years of experience and works with speedy efficiency. Truly my kind of person, for when she
gets to work, she gets the job done rapidly with excellence. Our little joke was “Ain’t no piddlin’

quarterly letters over the years. Also, the numerous patients who listened to my miraculous encounters while we were
waiting for root canal anesthesia; many of them encouraged me to “write it down.” Thank you for giving me the challenge.
